i realized this extremely late but better late than never i guess. i was always a realist. maybe even tending on the side of pessimism. that’s no good when you are founding a company.
you have to be delusionally optimistic. you say yes first and figure it out later. you constantly train yourself to think of the best-case scenario.
that is the only way to cope through the extremely difficult days.
to create something from nothing you have to be a little off in the head.
don’t be afraid to dream bigger.
